- Designed with PN100 pressure rating (equivalent to 10.0MPa), it can withstand the high-pressure environment of 10.0MPa and maintain excellent vacuum tightness (≤-0.1MPa), which is suitable for the vacuum pipeline system of Ramagundam B Power Plant and other thermal power plants, avoiding air leakage and vacuum failure risks under high-pressure conditions.
- Adopts globe-type stop structure, with reliable cut-off performance and good sealing effect, which can completely isolate the high-pressure vacuum pipeline during equipment maintenance, ensuring the safety of operation and maintenance personnel and the stability of the vacuum system.
- The valve body and trim are made of high-quality 12Cr1MoV alloy steel (suffix V), with excellent high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the valve core and valve seat adopt precision matching design to ensure good vacuum tightness and prolong the service life in harsh high-temperature and high-pressure power plant working conditions.
- Adopts vacuum-specific sealing structure combined with high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing material, matched with precision machining and assembly technology, to ensure zero air leakage during vacuum operation, effectively maintaining the stability of the power plant's vacuum system pressure and avoiding energy loss.
- The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API, GB and JB standards, which can be directly matched with the vacuum system equipment of Ramagundam B Power Plant and other power plants, and the structure is reasonable, easy to operate and maintain, reducing later operation costs.
