Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with PN16 pressure rating (equivalent to 1.6MPa), it can withstand the pressure environment of 1.6MPa and maintain excellent vacuum tightness (≤-0.1MPa), which is suitable for the vacuum pipeline system of IL&FS Power Plant and other thermal power plants, avoiding air leakage and vacuum failure risks.
- Adopts central line butterfly plate structure, with small flow resistance, light opening and closing torque, and can realize stepless regulation of fluid flow, suitable for power plant vacuum systems that require both cut-off and flow regulation.
- The valve body and trim are made of high-quality carbon steel (suffix C), with excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the butterfly plate and valve seat adopt reliable sealing pair design to ensure good vacuum tightness and prolong the service life in harsh power plant working conditions.
- Adopts integrated sealing structure, combined with precision machining and assembly technology, to ensure zero air leakage during vacuum operation, effectively maintaining the stability of the power plant's vacuum system pressure.
- The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API, GB and JB standards, which can be directly matched with the vacuum system equipment of IL&FS Power Plant and other power plants, and the structure is compact, flange-connected, easy to install and maintain.
