- Designed with PN100 pressure rating (equivalent to 10.0MPa), it can withstand the high-pressure environment of 10.0MPa, which is suitable for the pipeline system of Kolaghat Power Plant and other thermal power plants, avoiding leakage risks caused by insufficient pressure bearing capacity.
- Adopts precision instrument-level structure, which can realize precise adjustment and reliable isolation of fluid, with high control accuracy, suitable for power plant instrument measurement and control loops that require strict fluid control.
- The valve body and trim are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel (suffix P), with excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and the sealing surface is precision ground to ensure good sealing performance and prolong the service life in harsh power plant working conditions.
- Adopts reliable sealing structure, combined with precision processing technology, to ensure zero leakage during operation, effectively protecting the normal operation of the power plant's instrument measurement and control system.
