Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with 2500LB pressure rating (equivalent to 42.0MPa), it can withstand the ultra-high pressure environment of 42.0MPa, which is suitable for the pipeline system of Ukai Power Plant and other thermal power plants, avoiding leakage risks caused by insufficient pressure bearing capacity.
- Adopts precise straight-through cut-off structure, which can realize rapid and reliable cut-off of fluid, effectively isolate the pipeline system during equipment maintenance, and ensure the safety of power plant operation and maintenance personnel and equipment.
- The valve body and trim are made of high-quality special alloy steel (suffix SPL), with excellent ultra-high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the sealing surface is surfacing with hard alloy, which prolongs the service life in harsh power plant working conditions.
- Adopts metal-to-metal seating and pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the higher the internal cavity pressure, the better the sealing performance, and the valve cover packing box is reasonably designed to ensure reliable sealing during operation without external leakage of the valve stem.
- The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API, ASME and GBT standards, which can be directly matched with imported equipment of power plants, and the structure is simple and easy to maintain, lowering the later operation and maintenance cost of power plants.
