- Symmetrical dual-coil torque motor and four-way sliding spool design, enabling position accuracy within 0.025 mm and fast signal response
- Integral 35-micron absolute filter protects the first stage from contamination, with 80 ohms coil resistance and 40 mA current consumption for stable operation
- Modular structure supports manifold or subplate mounting, featuring hardened stainless steel spool and sleeve for wear resistance and long service life
