Construction Methods
- Assembly: Involves using horizontal and vertical bars in different colors, with a waterproof washer at the punching points. However, the punching points may rust over time, reducing the fence’s lifespan.
- Welding: Uses spot welding or full welding to fix vertical pipes through horizontal pipes, followed by spraying. This method can lead to issues like insecure weld joints and rust at the welds unless anti-corrosive zinc layers are applied before spraying.
- Pressure Resistance Technology: Hebei Bongckyfence has introduced a method where horizontal and vertical pipes are expanded and connected, surpassing traditional assembly and welding requirements in terms of strength, service life, and appearance.
Material and Coating
- Material: Made from carbon steel, either galvanized or powder-coated for superior corrosion resistance.
- Coating: Uses advanced anti-corrosive zinc layers and spraying techniques to ensure durability.
Common Specifications
- Column Size: 80 x 80 mm, 2 mm thickness, 2 m height
- Horizontal Tube: 50 x 50 mm, 1.5 mm thickness, 3 m length (top and bottom)
- Vertical Tube: 25 mm diameter, 1.4 mm thickness, 1.7 m height (net spacing 11 cm, 21 tubes per section)
Applications
- Picket Fencing ： Made from 2-inch tubing, available in various heights and shapes. Lightweight and easy to install, ideal for decorative borders around yards or gardens.
- Post & Rail Fencing : Posts installed with horizontal rails, sometimes featuring upside-down U-shaped posts for added strength. Suitable for enclosing larger areas such as fields, meadows, paddocks, and yards.
- Security Fencing : Typically made from 4-inch galvanized steel tubes, often fitted with barbed wire or razor wire for additional security. Designed to prevent unauthorized access, constructed from thick and sturdy tubes welded together.
- Pool Fencing : Usually made from durable galvanized tubular steel to withstand exposure to water and chemicals. Provides protection around swimming pools, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
