Hammer crusher operation and maintenance:

Installation of hammer crushing equipment usually has the following requirements:

(1) the mechanical elevation error should not exceed ± 0.5mm; center position error does not exceed ± 0.2mm.

(2) the bottom of the rack pad hardwood, the entire body should be maintained level, the level of error should not exceed ± 0.2mm.

(3) feet screw with two nuts fastening, to be running after the test is normal, should once again tighten the nut.

(4) The motor shaft must be concentric with the spindle axis of the machine. Elastic coupling skew and offset should be within the allowable deviation.

(5) symmetrical hammer shape and weight should be similar, the weight error should not be too large. Usually the difference between the total weight of a row of hammer and the total weight of the symmetrical row is not more than 30-40g.

(6) hammer and rotor assembly should be carried out after the static balance test, the rotor is required to stop after the natural rotation, in any position are not allowed to return 1/10 circle.

In the debugging process to pay attention to maintain the dynamic balance, if the machine in the operation of violent vibration, consider the phenomenon of dynamic imbalance, the need to adjust the rotor rotation axis, and its main inertia axis consistent. Installation is proper, the test run is normal, the machine can be put into production.
