Through the mutual promotion of long-term technology research & development and plants operation, Vary Tech has established physical network nodes named “Blue House” and “Blue Island”, supported by a shared internet big data platform, creating a reverse logistics system. Our business covers various waste materials such as end-of-life household appliances, end-of-life vehicles, waste plastics and rubber, scrap metals, waste paper, waste textiles, waste glass, and waste wood, creating the “Blue Island model” of comprehensive “physical recycling” of waste materials. For organic waste such as disposable plastic products, waste tires and rubber, industrial sludge, and petroleum sludge, which are known as “white pollution” and “black pollution”, Vary Tech relies on advanced oxygen-free pyrolysis technology to transform them into green energy products such as “oil”, “gas”, and “carbon”, creating the “Energy Island Model” of chemical recovery. For organic waste such as straw, kitchen waste, rural garbage, livestock manure, and municipal sludge generated by agriculture and animal husbandry, Vary Tech has introduced the “molecular membrane fermentation tank” technology to rapidly convert them into “organic fertilizer”, “nutrient soil”, and “RDF”, creating the “Green Island Model” of returning agricultural waste to the soil for carbon sequestration.
